You should care. If she flops then she'll never release an album ever again. Or at least in a long time.
No. It takes time, and her label will know its because of bad promotion. I'm sure she would go gold, if she made a bunch of TV performances, and got Impossible top ten, and promoted the video, and pushed a second single.
It actually is back to 13 on iTunes. Once Sugarland falls, she'll be 12, and once Billionaire and OMG fall more if she stays for 2 more weeks at 12-13 she could take their place at top ten.
Impossible has peaked Radio wise, Pop are dropping it and well, it was not huge on R&B to begin with, so AI is dropping and Digital has sattled a long as time ago.

Billionaire & OMG are already below her at #14 & #15. Everything above her besides the Sugarland song is still going strong
However, I really hope somehow she can go top ten.
With Impossible smashing they had a chance to make her a star this era, and it looks like they're wasting it. I thought they had plans to blow her up? Why not capitalize on this opportunity before it passes? She should have been making several TV appearances these past couple of weeks.
If her label drops her because of low album sales they are stupid. Shontelle isn't the problem. They are.

THIS.
I think Licky would flop in the US, it's not good enough. She should push another uptempo or another ballad like Impossible.
I'm thinking about buying her album once it comes out.
She, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomez & The Scene, are the only people who have albums coming out that I care about. Ke$ha and Miley are the only ones this year that I actually liked. I am SO sick of all these dumb male artists dominating, and Christina was an epic fail.
Licky is a wild card for the US, it could go either way but well, Pop radios seem to love her, she needs to get something with a bit more R&B apeal, will def' help her sales.
I still can't believe Stuck With Each Other never took off .
I've been whorin' Superwoman lately, such a great track.
