This is what i don't understand.... if i'm correct, only the YOUTUBE versions of the song have an altered pitch to prevent them from being detected and taken down....
But the origional leak, which you can still easily download from any number of sites(usershare.net) is in the correct pitch, no?
no its people who leaked the songs or people who found the leak somewhere, they put it on youtube with the pitch changed so YOUTUBE doesn't take it off.
Even without hearing this version, I still think "Then You'd Love Me" isn't single worthy. I see it more as an album track. Hopefully releasing this as a single isn't on GaGa's mind -- cause like AGF said earlier, the mainstream audience would start to think she's getting bad.

I'm bored honey. I listened to like 20 seconds of this **** song, it's not that deep.
Its not on her mind as the first single. She sang the chorus of the single to Rolling Stone a while ago, after TYLM leaked. She wouldn't keep it secret if it had already leaked, like 7 months in advance

You can't put em next to eachother. i think her last single-worthy gaga standard single was Bad Romance. Telephone and Alejandro are 2 amazing pop songs but she's better. It would actually be good if she had no album fillers on her upcoming album and this wasnt on there. though i cant stop listening to it xD

gaga started writing this album anytime after october.
she writes on the road, and updated demos keep leaking. the one released 4 months ago is certainley not the same. and the sound is definantley after the Stefani or The Fame sounds.
She's most likely not going to release this on her album, let alone on her first single.
Still, any new GaGa (or I guess updated versions) are a welcome addition to my collection
