No, I actually think she has just started recording it.
Well she said on like the Today Show and lots of other interviews that she was pretty much done recording the album...and that's pretty false now haha.
Well essentially the album is done, but as a GaGa stan/fan we should know that wouldn't be true anyways...considering she has said she is ALWAYS writing. Things will be added/removed in the time from now til album packaging... BUT not too much, cause she obviously has a concept.
I think she's recorded the bulk of it, but since there's so much time until its release, they're toying with it, writing and recording new things as they come if they're hot.
