She'll be there attending for sure, I wouldn't be surprised if she gets the most nominations of anyone. Perform, maybe she'll do a medley of her TFM singles.

I think it will happen. Neither Gaga nor Beyonce have anything new to perform, but it's unlikely that they'll miss the opportunity. And "Telephone" has never been performed on the US TV. The song is perfect for the VMAs
