From what I can see:

Backyard- Brendon, Britney, Ragan (and now Monet) ; talking about Annie being a backstabber.

Kitchen- basically just Annie & Lane ; Annie asked if Lane would keep her, he said he would and is the better person over Rachel.

Lane was trying to talk some sense into Hayden before hand; He seems to be the Man of Logic but it clearly fell on deaf ears. I see Lane making it very far

Andrew is trying to comfort Rachel a bit, she was DEFINITELY crying, she keeps sniffing and her eyes seem red.

Brendon is REALLY mad at Annie, well not mad mad, but he's definitely upset over Annie, he keeps talking about her like crazy.

Last year it was just big mats on the floor or something, wasn't it? Or at least that's all we saw.
