The video had an impact...go to the Hot 100 thread. Billboard had to re position the song because of the streaming points it got, so it was number 5 instead of 6.
It isn't that much of a difference....very little at all, actually. But, it still had an impact.
The video for Alejandro did not impact on the sales of the song, which is not normally the case when GaGa releases a video. It made enough of an impact to make a difference because of streaming, but the video's effect has been disappointing other than that.
