They get compared because they have been the most successful women in the industry during the past few months, that's the only reason I can think of. I don't see any similarities between the two. I think Ke$ha has a lot more in common with Katy Perry than she does with Lady Gaga. Katy and Ke$ha are more alike.

Blah was actually a big success on iTunes, 1.8 million is fantastic for it. That's not what I was saying in my post. I was just saying that Alejandro & that song shouldn't be compared, really.

Well, it's not her decision whether she gets the "official" credit. I mean, she sings more on Right Round but that's not part of her singles, while MFK is. But that's just being technical. It's true that five songs that have Kesha's vocals on them have reached the top ten.
