Ariana and Selena did the same size arenas for their North American dates. The difference is Ariana's were all sold out during her first leg. But hey, this is Selena's second world tour. Soon enough we can compare it to the Dangerous Woman Tour, which will easily outgross what Selena "would have done".

Hm no, pollstar had many of the north america dates that were posted on the tour revenue thread (
http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=992551 ) so they didn't stop to reporting as you say.
Many of dates not reported by billboard were reported by Pollstar. Btw Pollstar reported 19.8 million at the mid year report for the first 34 dates so when you says it didn't grossed more than 20 million, it did in the first 35 concerts:

She did more 9 dates wich grossed well so for sure the North America gross (25.1M) is right

The only thing they can have overestimated is Asia leg but it woud be 2-3 million at most, because tickets there were very expensive, but it could happen for every other tour. The tour for sure grossed more than 30 million. They just messed up the number of concerts and consequently the average ticket/gross but the total gross is very close to what should be.
And yes, I have no doubt that the DW tour will outgross it, but don't talk about what you don't know about
