Going by the recent attacks, I'd say ISIS can't pull it off. The Bataclan attack was the only sophisticated attack on european soil, since then it's been trucks running people over which does not require any logistics. European authorities have worked well since the Bataclan attacks imo, sure ISIS will be able to pull off attacks for a long while, but very sophisticated ones ? I doubt so.
