you realize that normally artists promote on TV and stuff, right? or like discounts? banners , playlists or ads on major streaming sites?
britney did promote the song to radio stations but nothing outside of that. hence why it kept a steady incline on radio and is nowhere to be seen anywhere else. now radio is abandoning it as well so it's too late.
It has 45M views on YT, radio is playing it, so they didn't drop it just yet, it's just REALLY lacking in Spotify numbers. It should get added on TTH to get the exposure.

They need to wait for a Spotify playlist/discount till January 6th or January 13th. Radio won't go back to normal until then and they'd waste a lot of their budget discounting it during the winter freeze.
And it's actually holding up really nicely on radio. The fans need to plan a purchase/streaming day on January 6th.
