Libya wasn't her decision for the millionth time. And Libya wasn't the state where ISIS grew. That was Iraq after we withdrew out of it due to an agreement signed by George Bush himself which was a decision she opposed but Obama supported.
Even then, ISIS themselves never once successfully launched an attack on American soil. All we got was lone wolf attacks by pariahs who would have been inspired by Al Qaeda if not ISIS had they stayed the powerful ones. ISIS have launched attacks on Europe but that's got nothing to do with American citizens.

So yeah, once again, there is not a single thing she did that affected Americans.

The US evacuated Americans from Libya and closed the Embassy in Tripoli
The UN Security Council imposed sanctions against Libya
Gaddafi was referred to the International Criminal Court

As a result? Even more people died in Egypt than in Libya and that's WITHOUT any Nato/USA intervention. So, ultimately, Gaddafi would have been deposed with or without us. It wasn't even Americans or NATO that deposed him eventually.

Funny how no one mentions the details back then and runs with the narrative that Hillary was some sort of criminal who went after Gaddafi because she wanted to and not because 20 Arab nations wanted him gone, his officials wanted him gone and the 3 of the most important world leaders wanted him gone at the time.
