No thanks. It would look cute if everyone made good looking sigs, but I just know it would look a un-uniform mess, not to mention the fact that it'll take twice as long to reach the bottom of the page.
Yes I like them but we would need a specific size to stick too that in coding, it would force the picture to be (no matter what it is), Max that size. However some people really don't know how to put pictures on as Avis already, so I'd say no. as a graphic designer, I'm sad it won't happen here but it's probably better that it doesn't.
