It wasn't exactly "fake news", but headlines like "man kicked off plane for speaking Arabic" were based on his claim in his own video alone, but no one knew whether that was actually the case.

You clearly haven't been in enough situations in public on a plane (whether a part of it or an observer)

You are a passenger trying to get to point A to point Z and you see someone causing a disturbance with Delta employees handling it.

You then see the person using his camera phone to play the victim...this could possibly go viral.

Most passengers (as I saw) were over it and annoyed because no one on a plane is just there for drama.

I get that there are people that live for tea and drama but most people in normal society don't add fuel to the fire especially when professionals are handling the situation.

I would mind my business and roll my eyes as this little boy causing mess when I'm already sharing a arm rest with some obese person breathing with stink breath in my vicinity.

He was already called out; hence his departure. most mature people don't add to an already uncomfortable situation

They all got it wrong. Basically, everyone gets things wrong. The only difference is the media will come back and correct the record whereas someone like Donald Trump won't. He will continue to ride out his lie.

The amount of muslim girls saying people beat them up and snatched off their hijabs is astounding tbh. there were like 2 just in my area proven to be false. beating themselves up and calling the cops.
