To be fair, Obama was planning $1 trillion upgrade. Hillary was against it, and I guess Trump will be for it. We already have almost half of the world's nuclear arsenal. He has way too much interest in using nukes though.

Nukes aren't like grenades. They don't go boom and that's it. They leave a devastating mark for YEARS, it's a little something called nuclear fallout and it doesn't just stay in the targeted area.
