Anyone else think this song would have benefited from a radio edit, heavier bass and things like that? Not that Gaga would have done that in a million years.
Ultimately guys, the Super Bowl will be the 'thing' from this era people will remember. It doesn't really matter where things are charting and if the videos are good or not. THE Joanne moment is yet to happen.
Not the same exact situation, but nobody remembers or cares (out-with stanworld) what happened during Beyonce's 4 album beyond the Super Bowl. I actually had to think for a minute there whether it was during 4 or BEYONCE. Case in point. It's 'moment' to 'moment', whether those are viral videos, smash hits, performances, photos or outfits. They're more like brands putting out content now than traditional album cycles.
The single has stabilized in the Top 40 with <10M airplay. It's far from over.

I mean the fact that it has topped the itunes chart multiple times, stayed in the top 20 for a WHILE without even 10M AI is very impressive.
If anything it shows how much potential this song has....but.....yeah it's...
Let's just hope she won't stop promoting the album till after SB because I would love to see at least 2/3 more singles

There's nothing else on the album that is single-worthy or has potential to be a defining song like MR. If she kills this off she might as well end the era because everything else just screams flop, and radio surely won't give it a chance after two underperforming songs.
