His influence only extends as far as his people. If you think a competing label head or artists who have no ties to Reid are going to bend over for him, think again.

it's not about her wanting to leave the group, despite contractual things she does have this right if it is coming to an end but it's been two years that camila is taking 5H for granted and that's not ok, also the fact that she thinks that leaving the group like this would give her a good buzz is stupid and her management team is a piece of ****... Here for the mess and to be honest she deserves it.

So there are countless interviews and gifs of the group being cold, or signaling out Camila, or making petty faces, but it's all Camila's fault for leaving? Who wants to be in a group when the group is behaving like corny mean girls to one person? The anti-Camila bandwagon seems strange and contradictory. Clearly she left a toxic environment. And here it comes... I wonder how serious y'all take this "stan" ****, anyways do you really think that for them to act the way they did towards camila was just wanting to be "mean"? didn't you read their statement? They tried their best to keep the group together and she didn't even bother to show up to the freaking meetings

I honestly don't see what Camila did wrong. She fulfilled her 5 year contract and it was HER choice whether she wanted to stay or leave. The other girls had the same exact option. The whole "we were just told by her representatives" was a lie, because with her leaving all their contract would have to be renegotiated. If Camila didn't feel comfortable, why would she waste more of her time? She did what she could, had she decided to stick it out she would've been stuck with them for another 2-5 years depending on the new contract. Just because they "pleaded" it doesn't mean she has to put their needs and wants over hers.
