I'm near the end of "Push", and "push" no longer sounds like a word. I swear she must say it ~40 times in just over three minutes.
The thing with Madonna post-Confessions is that she chooses to work with "it" producers who, being past her prime commercially, won't give her their best work anymore because they know it won't smash. She needs to go back to looking in indie circles for producers trying to break through and giving it their all.
