I agree the MR video is not what she used to do. I mean, it's her least alive video one could say. At first I hated it like basically the majority of our base but then I remembered AGAIN what Joanne is all about.

I really tend to forget that from time to time what she said about the album, about the promo schedule etc.

Would I love her to go back to her old ways regarding the promo and vidoes, heck, even kind of music? Sure. But not if that would mean no more albums like Joanne.

The albums quality, the message, the production, vocals - for me personally is better than everything she's ever done even though I still love ARTPOP to death.

I would like people here to be more concentrated on the actual music rather then the music videos sucking or not being what people wants her to be. It may sound like a mother ****ing RADIO ARTPOP member speaking but I don't know, it's just the way I feel.

YES! I actually see the light! concentrate only on the music and forget about the visuals for this era! it will be tough..because so much of what makes Gaga...GAGA is her love for visuals but since the music is this good..visuals are but a small sacrifice right?

Actually not as much as a lot of ppl here. Check my post history I only do it once in awhile and try to be positive..(or as positive as possible)

And that post he posted was a reply to my meltdown about the mv. Go check back 1 page and you'll see what ha happened lol

I dont why people still complain about visuals. Every video since 2011 sauf GUY has been at least unwatchable. Get used to it. This is not the visual artist Beyoncé. I don't mean this as a shade, Gaga is my main bitch but smth's not working.

the videos pre-PI weren't epileptic flashy nor awfully rushed and edited even the ARTPOP MVs were decently edited

There are two videos pre-PI. Gaga herself pointed that Applause was rushed. She and hear team have been ****ing up everything since 2013. PI is not that bad actually, it's just really average.

I was showing my bf the Million Reasons video and directly after that the Alejandro video played and I'm just astonished this is the same person.

I mean I get artists grow and stuff but she was so cool back then, she made the 'weird' look normal and the sky was the limit when it came to her visuals.
I hope she someday returns to that, and til then the best of luck I guess.

I'm not sure about the others but I have never ever been interested in her wigs, shoes, fashion and her hot boyfriend.

First and foremost I liked her music. I still do and no ammount of different videos, ATRL members calling people deluded or even Gaga herself can change that. BTW was the worst thing for me, but I did not spend every ****ing day on the internet whining about it.

So please just please try to understand other people.

She can't return to that, it was a very specific set of circumstances and the sooner you lot accept that the better you'll be.

She is giving you visuals in the performances. They might not be over the top but they are here more subtle, mature yet still aesthetically pleasing.
You don't HAVE to watch the music videos to get what you want

Some of us here for the music, the videos, and the performances. She's two out of three, which is why I do not hate this era at all. That being said, the MR video is a travesty and there's nothing wrong with critiquing Gaga. I'm not a radio ARTPOP stan
