The way Billboard double-counts single sales and streams in their artist rankings is extremely messy. Both the Hot 100 and the BB200 (with SPS) take single performance into account
Using both Hot 100 and BB200 chart performance made sense when the BB200 didn't incorporate single sales and streams (since the Hot 100 already accounts for those)
Britney has like 1 good video so it's kinda rich that her fans are feeling themselves & trying to convince everyone else that Million Reasons is worse than Make Meth.

As an OGH I thoroughly enjoyed Million Reason, then the vidya came. 5 years ago she wasn't having these problems. Videos were her strength (even if messy, they were engaging). How the mighty have fallen.
