WAIT I THINK I GOT IT. Joanne's tracklist - MR comes right after PI. I don't think this is a coincidence.

Maybe the whole album is a story.

Maybe all the videos are planned already. Imagine how cool it would be to have the whole album as a movie in the end of the era.

Am I the only one who thinks Joanne is a visual album like Lemonade and at the end of the film she finds herself as the girl in middle America who she always describes? You know, the one with two kids, a beer in one hand, a baby in the other, a sweatshirt, etc.

NO, because she wanted A YO first, it is just a coincidence...

I don't think this will be a visual album lol Gaga was not even going to promote this era that much at first because she thought that any songs would be a hit, but then MR smashed and well....

Hmm I'm anticipating some sort of movie / documentary / theatrical release sometime this era. Remember she's been shooting with Chris Moukarbel for months and months now - that's where the 'Making Joanne' footage has come from. He's shot her on stage and out and about too (Democratic Rally, Japan promo tour) so I think we might be getting a real-life documentary interspersed with fantasy / arty sequences like the PR and MR videos. It's a personal enough album to blur the line a little bit.

I say that given that both videos so far seem very real - the cars pictured in in the preview are the ones she + her team actually drive in when they do promo, and her outfit in the video is one that she's been wearing in real life to interviews and such (and being filmed by the production crew in). Even the guys in the Perfect Illusion MV appear very much as their "real life" selves; they're playing their respective instruments.

So I'm placing my bets on some kind of 100 min netflix release sometime next year (perhaps Northern Hemisphere summer) that tells some sort of real life narrative of Gaga in the last couple of years, going to work, recording at the studio and then with a couple music videos (probably including PI and MR).

Thoughts?
