Regardless of either candidates' faults, what concerns me is the lack of concern over potential foreign influence with regard to the election. If the opposite were to happen in Hillary's favor, I would of course be upset that she might not have won legitimately, but I would want to get to the bottom of what happened even if it meant her losing. You'd think his supporters who claim to love this country more than the "libt*rds," as they so eloquently call us, would want the same. Even if nothing comes of it, it's worth an investigation, political views aside.

When McCain, Schumer, and McConnel are all on the same page, then you know that it is actually a legitimate issue that deserves further inquiry. It doesn't matter which side reaped any potential benefits. If there is evidence that there was a legitimate coordinated effort to influence our elections, and that the influence actually worked, then that is a real issue about how we should move forward with our relationship with Russia. Unfortunately, it seems that Trump's policy is going to seem to embrace Russia rather than condemn them because he personally benefited from it.

What I mean is that we have so many ethnic and reilgious groups who have grievances they want addressed. I'm not sure if people view that there's a collective "American interest" they want to uphold when supporting a candidate. It's about whoever can appeal to their groups' desires most.

I know what you're referring to but that's still an illusion on their part. Hillary, Al Gore and Kerry were all better for the white non top 10% unlike who they voted for so good job voting your skin color when your jobs are still leaving and not getting replaced, your benefits are still getting slashed, your air and water is still getting murkier, the rich are still getting a whole lot richer while not taxed enough and your wages are getting cut.
