I don't get how can Lord still be slaying so hard 10 years into her career after all the mess that has been surrounding her. Starting with switching genres which does not always work out so well. Taking major heat for relationships with way younger guys (one of them being most popular member of a biggest boyband at a time). Constantly accused of racism, faux-feminism, being a republican, exposed as a liar in front of the World.

Still instant #1 with every fart of hers? Zayn obviously contributed very little for this new sing. He is pretty irrelevant at this point after that little initial hurray.

Just HOW?

All it took for Gag was little change of direction to more "artsy" and everybody ran for the hills.

Released in 2000, during Christina's peak days, her Christmas album bombed everywhere, charting in the US and Japan only (peaked at 28 and 78 respectively), despite a heavy promo. It's really surprising that this album did terrible since literally every Christmas album, even the ones released by unknown musicians usually perform well on the charts. Furthermore, none of the songs on the album are being played during the Holiday season and are totally forgotten.

So, why did Christina's Christmas project perform so badly, despite all the circumstances that were in Christina's favor? Discuss and keep it cute.

There is no need to even drag the Army anymore, they're doing such a good job at that themselves.

Taylor pretty much controls the media and makes them spin every negative story about her into something that makes her innocent. I'm a stan and I fully admit to that

Gaga was always a novelty act and the novelty has worn off. She's smart to flaunt her singing talent everywhere; that way she can rally her fans once again and give them a different reason to like her.
