But how exactly? People say that but I honestly cannot see how all those actually affected her career in a real, serious way.
AT&T wanted to partner with her to grow their digital media brand by giving her a TV channel to it. If her "status decreased significantly" after these things, why would a corporation want to (still) work with her?
Shes is on top of Forbes highest paid woman of 2016. If her status decreased significantly, that would not be the case.
She made $2mil from her Formula 1 concert in October. If her status decreased, she would not be able to have an entirely sold out show and make that much money.
Not to mention two songs she wrote this year have become hits and successes within their genres. Whether or not they even like her, they're still listening to songs she wrote and composed melodies for. So once again, she lost nothing even if they're performed by other people.
If her status decreased significantly she would not be invited to the CMAs this year to present the Pinnacle Award, something she has won btw for her contribution to country music.
No one in the real world cares about Kimye exposing her or her relationship with Tom. If they never liked her to begin with, their opinion won't matter or change.
