It's really strange, like this has never happened before with a Gaga song lol. People buying Applause after seeing the Kia commercial during The Voice, sure that's understandable, but straight men buying MR after seeing a Bud Light commercial during a football game? She performs on a raised stage against a backdrop of a night sky with a huge pink moon. There's some lightning effects too. Towards the end of the performance, the centre of the stage that she's kneeling on, separates and rises up even higher, so she ends up on a very small plinth quite high in the air. She's wearing a black mesh, spangly number with a big black hat which she whips off during the song.
