Because Million Grammys is a HIT and just because the instagram-obsessed tweens that make up the spotify audience don't like it because they have a 10 second attention spawn doesn't mean it isn't.
Unfortunately, I can see Views getting an AOTY nomination just because it's the best-selling album of the year even thought it's a pile of steaming s**t.
Lemonade, Views, and 25 are the only mainstream albums I can see getting an AOTY nom. The rest will be Blackstar, maybe A Moon Shaped Pool, and/or the usual lesser known alternative/country artist.

The way people act like Streaming is more important than Sales just cause billboard says so. People are actually spending money on a song while more than half of Spotify's 12 year old users don't even pay for it. You think that's worthy of having so much influence?
Spotify charts are very slow and tied to playlists. They should matter but they're not indicative of how a new song is being received. MR will take off once the video drops.
