It debuted in the Top 30 because of it. It would definitely help. It's literally not rocket science.

For example, you see GODty who has really good streaming numbers overall but with no Spotify payola her single tanked & barely reached Top 100 for a day or two.

Rise was a random single released for the Olympics and received minimal promotion, it wasn't going to smash especially considering it isn't very catchy.
And she has tours and albums too, let's not forget that every one of her studio albums have sold over 4M WW.
