Welcome to a section of the rate I'm calling,
Eyes of Hoenn. The Hoenn Region is home to many things: tropical weather, lush and varied landmarks, water in abundance and pokémon with misleading eye marks. Whether the developers consciously made this a recurring theme with the designs this gen or not remains to be seen, but it occurs anyway.
With Anorith this is pretty self explanatory, we all thought those red marks on her face plate were eyes right? Like those orbs it has do not look a damn thing like ocular receptors. They kind of kill any intimidation factor though, it looks goofy now. I still like it, but nnn...
I have to give her a good score for being a rock-type tho. Definitely an interesting direction for a fossil pokémon and I appreciate that neither of the fossils this gen were water types.
Phresh is perplexed, wondering "what is this? Looks like a jpow wet dream". Um, why is jpw wet dreaming about trilobites with misleading eyes? Something you want to share with the group hunty?
