Whether or not this is insulting appropriation or not, it is an important discussion we should be having in order to properly identify and weed out racism from our society. To get so annoyed by this that you decide voting for the candidate backed by the KKK, the candidate that says racist, sexist, homophobic, and MORE awful things, is a good idea is just co-signing that racism. Is life so hard for you when you hear about people discussing the way they feel negatively treated that you need to vote for a candidate that threatens them more?

Religion is something entirely different than a political leader.

People have been practicing Islam for hundreds of years. It would be different if they decided to back a new religion and then you decided to go become a member.

This is a new candidate who the KKK have said they support. If you think about what sort of politics are the KKK looking for, that is a huge reflection on Trump. Regardless, we don't even need their input to assess his many racist and misogynistic comments. He's said them all himself, he's appointed people himself who have extremely questionable human rights politics, and so anyone voting for him is enabling all that behaviour whether they say they agree with it or not.

I did see models of color though, but not enough that you get the feeling that there is diversity. And all the superstar models are white girls.

If they had put it on a Chinese model it could have been better. I don't think this is the biggest deal in terms of what cultural appropriate is out there, but nonetheless the topic shouldn't be shunned with the typical disdain for SJWs that people have. Even if this was a major issue people would be fighting against it, so desperate to just appropriate.

The sad thing is though that even in Chinese markets, white models do better.
