I said One Dance would never outsell Starships, and it won't.
And it doesn't really matter if Views sold more than every one of Nicki's albums globally, because Nicki was at her peak still a bigger name and brand globally. And by globe I mean to include the non English-speaking countries.
There's a reason why she's had several major successes outside just the US, UK, and CA.
Which, btw,those three countries make up like 90% of Drake's sales.
