Jill is doing this in order to make sure everything was done correctly and democratically, she even said it may result in giving Trump bigger boost rather than Hillary. This recount is to remove machines and replace them with voting papers if proven they aren't trustworthy.

The day after his win, a billboard of Trump and Putin was put up in the streets of Russia.

FBI probably barely bothered investigating because they're in line with the republicans (See: The Clinton Foundation investigation being started by an erroneous book paid for by Trump's campaign managers and biggest donors and Comey/Chaffetz's FBI letter stunt right before election day)

Any other self-respecting nation would have blocked Russian flights and imports.
