The same thing recently happened with the new Skylar Grey's album. The iTunes release date said Friday in America and 2 days later in the rest of the world. Once the record got released in the USA, it got automatically available in the rest of the world as well and I also bought the physical copy at HMV on Friday. I wouldn't worry about it.
