Although the defense can only claim the homage to METROPOLIS (the movie), it's clear that Xtina is NOT HERSELF TONIGHT, she's in fact MAdonna + Lady GaGa + George Michael tonight.
She went to all of Madonna's tour concerts. It's been ages she's ripping of everything Madonna did. She adores madonna. She said it in the past.
But that's just normal because Madonna is the original true pop queen and even Lady GaGa copies MAdonna.
Problem is that Xtina doesn't have enough identity to be homaging everyone like M did, Madonna ripped off everyone but only she could do it in a great way with class and fierceness.
Plus the "METROPOLIS" fake argument does NOT stand a point cuz she's also clearly copying Lady GaGa and GEORGE MICHAEL "Freedom" video.
Personally, I don't see ANY PROBLEM that she copies/pastes all the singers she admires, the only problem is that her video is only a series of several cheap sequences with no global sense nor meaning.
Plus it's extra vulgar and it's clear it is done only to sell and that's a really cheap attempt to music prostitution unlike madonna, lady gaga and george michael (more ART-y/-ish).
