Freakshow's actually had a story, the heart of the season was Elsa Mars tragic story..
It was about a women, who was willing to do it all to get fame and fufill her dreams, even if took her that long, she became what she always wanted to be: A Star
And Once she got everything she dreamed of, she realized that it wasn't actually what she wanted, and that she already had everything she wanted, something that she built herself and it wasn't shallow : Her Freakshow
It's about dreams sometimes being deseaving, but in the midst of all of this there were murders and psycopaths and clowns...
But i feel like it had an actual tragic and beautiful story even you really pay attention to it.
Now Tell what was the moral of Hotel... ?

That's literally the story of a drama though

Nothing scary or horror about it, it doesn't fall in line with what AHS is about. I don't watch AHS for a moral, I watch it for mystery, a great story, some horror, suspense, etc. Every season has had a solid element of horror in it except for that one, they just threw some random serial killer in there that became a predictable parody of himself.
Hotel's plotline was about the 10 Commandments Killer, solving the mystery of the Hotel and how things fell the way they did there. Not as defined as seasons like Asylum and MH but it still had a mysterious plot.
I mean...
Murder House: How will the Harmons fix their family and get out of the haunted house before it kills them?
Asylum: How will the innocent Kit and Lana escape the Asylum where they're held hostage?
Coven: How will the witch coven survive their dying breed amongst the witch hunters and voodoo queen, and who is the next supreme?
Freak Show: How will Elsa become a star, and how will the freaks be accepted as normal people?
Hotel: Who is the 10 Commandments Killer, and what exactly is behind the mystery of the Hotel?
Roanoke: How will the cast members make it alive through the blood moon?
Does Freak Show's not stand out like a sore thumb?
