that makes no sense. Hillary completely represents the centrist establishment side of the Democrat party - if nothing else, this election was a rebuke of that approach

the Progressive wing of the party (Sanders/Warren/Ellison, etc...) are now the de facto party leaders and we can expect a much more Progressive party platform from whoever runs in 4 years

But you're assuming people will feel the same way about career politicians and establishment politics then. After the Trump scam, they'll know that was all smokes and mirrors. A perfect illusion. They'll all go running back to the establishment candidate to restore some order. I mean have Bernie and Biden battle it out on the primaries but don't be surprised if the latter comes out on top is what I'm saying (Not that Bernie is anything like Trump. You could tell he actually wanted to make a change)

My feeling is that Trump is not going to SCREW up like crazy, sure he is going to turn back the time on things like social , human,women's rights but he PROBABLY will bring JOBS.....he will appoint the next Anton Scalia, he will build the fence...all these things will appease his supporters . plus they will be having their jobs, perhaps even their taxes will be cut so ....you know , I am just not sure he is going to screw up that much ECONOMICALLY.

Dddd how will he bring jobs? He's a climate denier and the coal industry is just economically irrelevant. The only reason Obama became one of the best job-creating presidents is because his presidency overlapped with the growth of the green industry. Trump won't be creating any green jobs and he brought back the fiscal laws of the Bush era so I definitely think he'll bankrupt the economy. There's a reason every world renowned economist warned against a Trump presidency during the election.
