Well, I visited the UK a few months ago and can confirm the food is basic as basic can be. Every non-pubby restaurant was Chinese, Japanese, Jamaican, Greek, Indian etc, and for "traditional" English cuisine they had like omelets, fish and chips, steak, like...
Among the 25 countries I've been to, the worst have definitely been the United States. I lost 2 kilos in a week there. The vegetables and fruits all taste like water
I can see why some people are saying India, those flavors are not for everyone and the basic bitches will hate on them. But objectively, the Anglophone countries have the worst food, by FAR.
India has the biggest range of food cuisine in the world.
Every region has practically a different type of food.
From Bengal to Kashmir to Gujarat to Assam.
I love Indian food. I attend a French culinary institute and we just had 3 full weeks of making Indian food and you're absolutely right. The western part of India is really influenced by the Portuguese that's why I love Vindaloo so much
Chinese food has so many varieties. What have you smoked sis?????
(unless you meant their fake food made with weird chemicals from the whole atomic table)

i'm going with African food.
North African cuisine is really good though. Couscous, Chicken Tagine, Black Eyed Pea fritters and eggplant curry >>>>

You can spend over a year travelling India and you still won't be able to taste half the dishes of the entire country
