Well, I agree that I see it as something that they'd do more at the end of the era, Ichi. But I'm actually really surprised that like, stores haven't toyed with the idea of doing something like this. Not that it's a necessity, but I know a few of us have wondered if they'd do a box set like that in the past.
Also, I hit the jackpot at Barnes & Noble this weekend. I found the
Vanity Fair magazine (finally) and some unofficial biography that I just had to buy. There's a new (unauthorized) biography about her coming out on November 17. They published an excerpt of it
here and I actually really want it. I know it's unofficial, but every Adele book I see, I buy, and this excerpt alone has some information (little, random facts like Penny's boyfriend's name being Simon, which probably explains the "Simon" Adele was thanking in the
19 booklet) that I never knew.
And I was thinking tonight... Do you guys think she'll announce something at the end of the tour? I feel like on the last night of the tour, she may announce the additional tour dates or the tour DVD. It would make sense for her to announce the tour DVD if she did a backstage/live video for "Water Under the Bridge." They can debut the video at the AMAs and during the show (they're the same night), followed by an announcement (on stage from her and an ad during commercial break for the AMAs).
