The Left have to at least to hear out Maine's D-2, they can't just depend on southern Maine. That's how they got that Governor.

When you think about it, Hillary did break the glass ceiling either way, she just didn't go through it. She normalized a woman running for president and it will be a little bit easier next time around because of her.

Warren would be a good choice to try and win back the working class. Tho her status as a New England elite isn't inspiring. I still say Tammy Duckworth, regardless of her boring name, is a fantastic choice. Trump's lowest approval ratings came in response to him mocking the disabled reporter. I know for a fact that small minded man would make some form of ableist comment about her, and all we need is a string of moments like that. Plus she's an ACTUAL veteran who can shame him for his draft deferments. Not to mention she's tough and used to fighting, both physically and mentally. She ticks every box to uniquely take down Donald Trump.

I have faith that Trump's meeting with Obama was one of the best things to ever happen to Trump. He seems very open to listening to Obama, etc., creating positive relationships, and learning more about the true issues facing this country. We can only hope that Obama made it clear to Trump that some of the biggest things he's accomplished (marriage equality in particular) should not be reversed, and that Trump understands that and leaves it be.

I truly have faith that things are headed in a very positive direction so far.
