I'm not blaming her, it certainly isn't her fault. I just said shame on her, if I was her i'd feel pretty bad about myself...80m on twitter 70m on facebook..90m on IG.... it's not a good look to have such a huge platform and choose to not make it clear who she supports, in this kind of election. It feels selfish

She has every right to keep her choice private lol just like you have every right to speak your opinion. Personally I'm just satisfied that she voted and posted an encouragement to do the same. I thought she would stay silent but she proved me wrong. That's all I was asking for.
I'm sure the votes would be a little different if no pop star endorsed.
You mean, Trump's lead would be bigger? Because either way it doesn't look good for Hillary
Again, this ****** election just proved how the GP couldn't care less about celebrities opinions.
It must suck to be a Taylor fan tbh, I'm a Gaga and Shakira fan and I'm SO grateful they used their voice for standing for their ideology and a better future. Those were respectable actions. Be silent, kinda the opposite.
According to a quote of hers several years ago, Taylor's principle issue with speaking out on politics is that she feels unqualified to say something because she's not the most well-versed on politics. That's why you see her reinforcing the need to vote and not actually outlining who she's voting for.
Never mind the fact that a pop star's endorsement of candidacy doesn't matter much, regardless of popularity. People don't go to pop stars for political advice. The fans who are enamored with her enough to just buy into whatever she tells them are likely too young to vote anyway.
I hate to say it, but this reminds me of when "Famous" first came out in February, and she did not make it clear whether or not she knew anything about the song, she left it open ended so that she could make herself look good (grammy speech about "not letting anyone take credit for your fame")
