Mess the only reason why I bothered to learn the name's of all the 17 members was so that I could point out the uglees.

Hoshi is their choreographer and main dancer. I can't see him out of the group. The reason why Pledis has all these comebacks from them is that these boys mostly make their own songs and do their own choreo. Woozi can do other stuff aside from being in an idol group. He's be more productive as the group's in-house producer, and he's starting to do music stuff outside the group these days anyway.
