Personally, I think she should. The Pinkprint could've done way better internationally if she promoted outside the US. The only promo she did outside the US for The Pinkprint was the MTV EMAs but during that time, The Pinkprint was pushed back and Nicki didn't confirm it until later so no one knew exactly when the album was coming. The EMAs wasn't even good promo because there wasn't any pre-order at that time. She was supposed to perform TNISY on the Alan Carr show but she cancelled the performance.
Hopefully the promo for NM4 is well planned.
