She should make sure you are all voting, but that's it. I don't think it's really a teacher's role to tell their students who they should be voting for.

Most polling places are within walking distance (mine is a 5 min walk away). The bigger concern imo is for folks who vote after work...will they get home before the polls close? Commuting was hell today. That said SEPTA is seeking an injunction to suspend the strike on election day.
it's too bad that the election is looking tight tbh. It means that Trumpism will live on, that he will still retain power and influence for years, and that the racism and sexism that he unleashed will continue to build in America =/
