I dont think this is accurate.

She normally doesn't do big events on Sundays. She does more local visits and interviews. She'll visit some black churches and hold a round table discussion with a community group. Nothing new there. Should she do a big event? Sure, but she has plenty of surrogates campaigning on her behalf that she can afford these more intimate events.

She's already at 273 with New Hampshire, Colorado, Virginia, Pennsylvania 279 with Nevada.
North Carolina being on the East Coast and having so many electoral points would just make the race be called immediately if it went for Hillary. If she takes either NC, FL, OH then she'll be declared the winner on the spot since Trump needs all of those and then some.

Don't be silly, no credible major news outlet will officially call the election after the east coast results are in. Once the central time zone votes from the Midwest are in, they'll say, "she has it for the most part, all locked up." Once west coast results are are at 11PM Central time, game over. They'll all call it after that. Those outlets want us to stay tuned in to hear their commentary up through the night.
