I think Gaga meant she'll be releasing videos and promoting the parent album by performing different songs at each promo spot. This way there is no need to announce an official single. eg: If MR gets released as the second single A-YO won't be performed/promoted and vice versa. She wants to avoid that.

Ok now I know non of you maybe care for such things but as a female that's older than her I can't help but notice her body has changed from a young blossom in her early 20s to a mature woman now. For anyone wondering what I'm babbling about, her shape is now different, once you reach a certain age you can't just go back to those young days.
