ok, who cares i don't even know of anyone "pronouncing m" like "muh" anyway
it's irrelevant.. some people read mc as "meek" too, doesn't really matter. again, this is an american brand.. not a dictionary word. it's like telling a french person the RIGHT way to pronounce france is how americans pronounce it
stop arguing it
Ok I looked it up and the correct pronunciation of the syllable Mc is either Mac or Mc:

before a stressed syllable it is pronounced mək, or in a more formal style perhaps męk
Are there any recordings of the founders of McDonald's pronouncing their name? Their parents were Irish so it seems likely that they'd pronounce it the correct way, since Mc is just an abbreviation for Mac, regardless of people denying it in here:

This is the first McDonald's commercial ever and they're clearly saying MacDonald
tl;dr: Mac and Mc are both correct, Mic is not
"Mc" is pronounced "Mic" in the U.S. and they clearly say "McDonalds" in that commercial. "MacDonalds" is not the correct pronunciation in the U.S. and you'd either be considered white trash or a bumpkin for saying that here.
