Van Jones has improved so much since his CNN debut years ago. He was so bad to watch. Bakari for his first year as a tv surrogate did 10x better than Van Jones in his earlier years, but with that said, neither are all that effective at times for me. Van is at best, "okay." My preferred surrogates are Hilary Rosen, Jennifer Mulhern Granholm, Paul Begala, and Angela Rye. Those are the ones who come to every broadcast equipped to slay with researched facts and are poised when doing so. Angela at times loses poise because sis is quick to set it off, but she brings the tea for every clocking. The newest Clinton CNN surrogate whose name alludes me is becoming my new favorite as well. The dark-skinned and short-haired one? She just recently surfaced as a surrogate after the p*ssy gate video leaked.
