I know the sound team on Skins (who fell in love with her song Hometown Glory before she hit a major label, and asked if they could use it in Series 2) still get offered tickets by Adele personally when she tours or has a gig. Direct contact, she even has made friends with some of them.
They loved her so much they included her songs on the TV ads on E4 as well. And Hometown Glory and 19 jumped up the chart when they played it on Skins, so she's very thankful.

Less than the big pop girls (Taylor, Beyonce, Katy, Rih, Gaga) in their prime. Touring and endorsement does play a bigger than the music itself, i guess.
