I went back to see how the thread reacted to Overdose... wow. Releases used to be so boring in the old kpop threads. The fact that nobody reacted to AOA's Miniskirt the day it was released besides a few people. Were they flops up until that moment or something?
People saying the Overdose M/V was tragic and a mess when that's far from true
anyway, let me go see how people reacted to Call Me Baby.

sdjsjd I'm surprised ICC was so well-received. To me, that's harder to get into than Dumb Dumb. hmm now I wanna see what everyone thought about Like Ooh Ahh
they really about to have me getting all 4 copies, i hope they come all together cause..
The booklet is a bit of a step down compared to Young Forever, which is unfortunate because this is a full length album.
All those blank pages on the left side could've been filled with more pics.
But i'm still planning on getting the Suga/Jimin one.
SM needs to give the Velvet side equal treatment like the Red.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
They said that they're not doing the splitting of Red and Velvet tracks anymore, probably because the Velvet side doesn't bring in the funds in comparison. #MusicNotTheBling #JusticeForTheVelvet

There was a hate-bandwagon for Twice so they hated LOA and reveled in its perceived "floppage"

Yes, they were flops. Following the digital hit that was "Moya," the "Confusion" promo was such a disaster that they backed up the money truck and got Brave Brothers to give them a variation to Hyorin's "One Way Love" and followup to Bestie's "Love Options" while also giving some money and future considerations to a perpetually struggling Pledis so that they would sabotage HelloVenus.
But the song might not have mattered because just before that "Miniskirt" promo, Mina had started to go viral in a non-atrl way with her large empty head, so they were most likely going to happen anyway.

The thread was right. The song just had to become a hit first for people to love it. Song is still dumb, though.

That's Kim Gura's son. After Kim Gura saw how his agency promoted their ridiculously skilled girl group She'z, he quickly got his son over to Brand New Music.

lowkey... i kinda agree lol.
since this is a full album, i thought it'd be a HUGE photobook, similar to Seventeen's Recpackged photobook, which picture son every page and everything. they could be doing a huge repackage in December but idk, they could have truly taken advantange of everybody's money & went all out lol. but i just want V, Jimin, Jin, & Rap Monster
they should have did a physical for each member tbh similar to Flight Log: Turbulence
