Rise was released in July of 2016 and and it's now October of 2016. Sales don't take THAT much of a dip in 3 freaking months

"24k Magic" is a disappointing single. The hook is weak, it has no melody, it feels like an uninspired Uptown Funk retread. That song was so massive and ubiquitous that people have had their fill of retro funk Bruno Mars; he had to deliver something fresh. The Spotify numbers are beyond defence, considering how Zayn and The Weeknd performed.

Not surprised its digital debut is underwhelming.

They honestly really have though Digital sales are declining and streaming is increasing by the DAY.

I mean, just for sake of arguing, you can also say Rise outsold everything else because her fanbase is little kids whose parents still buy them iTunes gift cards

Rise wasn't a hit nor a lead single so that's not the point - I was saying considering the recent debuts I'm curious to see how Katy will debut. Don't understand why I've needed to defend that statement lmao
