In the absence of real evidence I sure am. A settlement to me doesn't indicate guilt---a settlement undercuts the media speculation that occurs during a trial, where the trial itself becomes the guilty verdict (ask Michael Jackson). This to me is not similar to Trump's case, where federal testers had documented evidence of discrimination.
