They're not important, at least the FBI thinks so
And one could argue that Hillary's vote for the Iraq war indirectly created ISIS by creating a power vacuum after US troops withdrew from Iraq. But no, it's not like she was meeting Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in the middle of the night
Here's a brief summary, the big points are that 1) there isn't any evidence that Clinton willingly or knowingly sent or received Classified information on her server because emails that
did contain sensitive information weren't properly marked, and 2) the 33,000 emails that were infamously deleted weren't purposefully deleted or hidden, they were purged automatically from the server by its nature.
